Setting expectations, understanding the technology in plain English, and seeing what is possible for an SMB.
Getting set up
Installing Claude Code, account setup, and a walkthrough of the interface.
Working safely
Data privacy, confidentiality, and building good habits from the start.
Your first tasks
Hands-on exercises: researching a topic, summarising a document, drafting an email — using real examples from your business.
Logistics
